Technological model of continuous social and environmental education for students in secondary schools

The article presents an analysis of research on continuous socio-ecological education of students at general education schools and reveals the theoretical and methodological approaches, principles, and models of continuous socio-ecological education: multidisciplinary, single-subject, mixed, and integrative-humanitarian. The article also presents a developed technological model of continuous socio-ecological education of students, taking into account the levels of education. The purpose of the study is to justify the feasibility of organizing continuous socio-ecological education in general education schools to form the socio-ecological education of students. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development and systematization of a technological model of continuous socio-ecological education, which includes the following blocks: target, theoretical and methodological, organizational, content-related, criterion-diagnostic, and resultative. The proposed model defines the step-by-step implementation of the educational process, taking into account the age and cognitive characteristics of students, as well as the pedagogical conditions and opportunities for its implementation through the general education system, which ensure the formation of socio-ecological awareness and a value-based attitude towards the socio-natural environment. The article outlines the practical possibilities of using the developed model in the educational process of schools, as well as its integration into existing educational and extracurricular programs.
