YOUTH DESTRUCTIVE SUBCULTURES AND EXTREMISM
Modern youth subcultures are studied and their classification is presented, including prosocial, asocial and antisocial subcultures. It is established that at present the greatest social danger to young people is posed by asocial and antisocial subcultures, called destructive, whose representatives are most susceptible to internal perception of the ideology of violence. From a criminological perspective, the internal (psychological) and external (environmental) factors that are responsible for the emergence and development of these destructive youth subcultures, which can become a reserve for youth extremism, are analyzed. It is concluded that in order to reduce the danger of destructive socialization of the younger generation, it is necessary to organize primary prevention in the education system based on the unification and coordination of efforts of all its subjects represented by government agencies, law enforcement agencies, and civil society organizations.
