Neurosecurity and neurodiversity: unconventional psyche as an advantage in hybrid warfare

The article is devoted to such an aspect of hybrid warfare as the development of cognitive impact technologies, as well as the solution to the problem of neurosecurity. Practical solutions in this area may be especially in demand for people using elements of the brain-computer interface, since the area between neurobiology, law, philosophy, and cybersecurity is referred to. The article analyzes trends in the field of neuro(cognitive) security as a tool of hybrid warfare, and makes proposals for strengthening national security with the involvement of neurodivergent people.
