STUDY OF THE FACTORS INFLUENCING THE MATURITY LEVEL OF THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF NEW PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGIES OF ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
The structure and composition of upcoming studies of factors affecting the level of maturity and, consequently, the effectiveness of the design and development process (hereinafter referred to as PPD) of new products and technologies of electronic and electrical components are considered. The results of a review of sources containing research results in this field are discussed: models of the maturity of non-production processes, models and composition of factors influencing the maturity of processes, methods of data collection and processing, as well as the mathematical apparatus used for this purpose. Within the framework of the model of factors influencing the maturity level of the PDD, the hypothesis of the practice of applying robust parametric design methodology based on Taguchi methods in domestic companies is considered. Based on a review of the sources, an a priori factorial research model has been developed, and the use of structural equation modeling for processing the collected data is substantiated. The structure of the model shows the place and connections of the factor of applying the methodology of robust parametric design, which affects the level of maturity and, consequently, the effectiveness of the PDD.
