METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR DEVELOPING RISK MANAGEMENT MECHANISMS FOR AN AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERING ENTERPRISE

This article is devoted to the analysis of the structure of risk management system processes by various international standards. Based on the analysis, it was revealed that the risk management standards studied in this article have their own specific risk management process schemes, which in most cases are the same and have similar stages. However, the elements of the risk management system differ in different risk management standards. Based on the analysis of international standards on risk management, we have developed an author's risk management mechanism for a high-tech, small machine-building enterprise and analyzed each stage of the mechanism.
