THE INFLUENCE OF GENERATIVE NEURAL NETWORKS ON THE ORGANIZATION OF WORK OF SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS

The article examines the peculiarities of the influence of generative neural networks (GNS) on the organization of work of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in the context of the digital transformation of the scientific and educational sphere. The key directions of the use of GPS in scientific research and teaching are analyzed, the effects on the structure and content of work, time allocation and increased productivity of scientific activity are revealed. The potential risks and limitations of the introduction of STS in the academic environment are determined. Recommendations are formulated for the adaptation of the work organization to new conditions, taking into account ethical and methodological challenges.
