Peran Perencanaan Keuangan Keluarga terhadap Regulasi Emosi dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Rumah Tangga: Kajian Perspektif Akuntansi Perilaku

Family financial planning plays a vital role in maintaining household life balance and emotional regulation among its members. This study aims to examine how budgeting and saving behaviors in young urban families contribute to stress management and emotional well-being, and how these influence relationship satisfaction and overall mental health. Using a systematic literature review approach, the study identifies the links between financial literacy, household financial behavior, and emotional coping strategies. The findings suggest that sound financial planning practices, such as regular budgeting and saving, enhance psychological resilience, reduce domestic conflicts, and foster harmony in role distribution and joint financial decision-making. This research contributes to the theoretical development of behavioral accounting and offers practical implications for designing family-based financial literacy programs.
