Efficiency analysis of landscape projects made for coastal territories

Due to the increased volume of landscape architectural projects and the development of landscape architecture training in the State University of Land Use Planning, it is important not only to improve landscaping methods, but also to evaluate the landscape projects created for the organization of coastal territories. The article analyzes the estimated cost of the development of coastal areas. The efficiency analysis of such projects has some peculiarities in the calculating methodology and comparing of similar projects. The authors also underline that socio-economic efficiency of the reorganized embankments is expressed in recreational attractiveness and resulting externalities.
