Design of radio-transparent shelters using an optimized mathematical apparatus for analytical strength calculations
Statement of the Problem. The main aspects of designing radio-transparent shells (RPS) are considered, taking into account the required strength characteristics when using a mathematical apparatus. Analytical dependencies allow choosing a preliminary design and assigning a minimum wall thickness at the initial stage of design. For further solution of the complex problem of ensuring the shape, stability and strength of the structure using modeling the stress-strain state of composite RPS, it is proposed to carry out using the finite element method. Scientific novelty. The new approach to designing RPS is a comprehensive assessment of their characteristics, allowing to select rational geometric parameters, shape and create an algorithm for carrying out the technological process of manufacturing by means of preliminary mathematical modeling. Practical significance. The obtained results allow achieving high efficiency and stability of composite RPOs with low computational costs, minimizing manufacturing costs by optimizing a number of pseudo-optimal solutions for the spatial distribution of fairing wall thickness values, which are used to design the tooling for laying out prepreg layers. The obtained results can be used in designing a wide range of composite shell-type structures made from composite laminates.
