SOME ISSUES OF FORMATION OF THE FINANCIAL POLICY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

The paper examines the main aspects of the formation of the financial policy of the state. It is noted that the nature of the implemented financial policy depends on its type and type, while its development is carried out in the context of the strategy and tactics of financial relations management, in accordance with which the conceptual foundations of financial policy are formed, its financial mechanism is being developed. The authors, in accordance with the development strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic, formulated the primary objectives of financial policy aimed at achieving sustainable economic development. It is noted that the full implementation of the identified tasks is possible only after solving a number of problems in the implementation of budgetary policy, as it is the state budget that is the main object and guide of financial policy.
