INTERACTION OF THE CSTO WITH OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS (UN, SCO, NATO)
The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of the Collective Security Treaty Organization with key international organizations: the UN, SCO and NATO. The main areas of cooperation of the CSTO in ensuring international and regional security are considered, problems and prospects of interaction are identified. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical foundations of interorganizational interaction. The approach of the theory of complex interorganizational relations, taking into account cooperation and competition, is used. In this context, the views of D. Pfeffer and D. Salanchik are cited, stating that international organizations seek to minimize dependence on external resources and strengthen control over them. In addition, the network theory developed by V. Powell and L. Smith-Doerr is applied, according to which international relations are formed not only through official structures, but also through informal networks. The interdependence theory of O. Keohane and S. Nye also confirms that states and organizations simultaneously compete and cooperate to achieve mutual benefit. The work also takes into account the works of Russian scientists N.A. Kosolapov and A.G. Arbatov, who analyze the dynamics of international relations.
