APPLICATION OF AUTOMATA PROGRAMMING TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF A SINGLE-ENTRY CHECKPOINT FOR PEOPLE AND VEHICLES

This article deals with the possibility of writing logic for the control system of a checkpoint that has the potential for further application in private buildings and premises of enterprises at checkpoints. The checkpoint considered in the paper has a single large gate designed to allow vehicles and foot visitors in and out. Analogues of this checkpoint system are often used in enterprises and buildings with parking lots, which indicates the demand for this technological solution due to its low cost and small size compared to more spacious systems with several separated entrances and exits. The solution to automate this checkpoint will further reduce the cost of this facility by speeding up the process of opening and closing the gate by pass without reducing the quality. The logic written with the help of automata programming technology is built due to the explicit allocation of states of the system under study, the finding of which is possible with a careful study of the technological process. The study of the technological process in this case reveals patterns of object behavior, which further contributes to the construction of logic and helps to identify all possible problem places of the system, which contributes to the creation of mechanisms to protect against them in the code.
