This article examines the transformational paradigm of leadership in the context of innovative projects, focusing on the dialectical relationship between innovation processes and the evolution of leadership competencies. It analyzes how the constantly changing conditions of the modern business environment — high uncertainty, dynamic technological changes and growing competition — form new requirements for project leaders. Particular attention is paid to the development of transformational qualities of leaders, such as strategic vision, emotional and digital intelligence, adaptability.
