Persepsi Mahasiswa atas Lingkungan Belajar dan Penguasaan Kosakata terhadap Kemampuan Berbicara Bahasa Inggris

This research aims to determine the influence of students' perceptions of the learning environment and vocabulary mastery on English speaking skills at the Insan Pembangunan Indonesia University. The method used in this research is a survey with correlation and regression analysis, namely connecting data showing the level of students' perception of the learning environment and vocabulary mastery with students' English speaking abilities at the Insan Pembangunan Indonesia University. Sampling was carried out using random sampling technique. The total population is 304 with respondents in this study being 38 students. The research instruments used were questionnaires and test questions in multiple choice form. The results of the research show that: 1) there is a significant influence on students' perceptions of the learning environment and mastery of vocabulary together on the English speaking ability of Insan Pembangunan Indonesia University. This is proven by the acquisition of the Sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fh = 14.160. Together, perception of the learning environment and vocabulary mastery contribute 33.2% to the English speaking ability variable. 2) there is a significant influence of perceptions of the learning environment on the English speaking ability of Information Technology of Insan Pembangunan Indonesia University students in the district.Tangerang, Banten.
