Hyper-Resolution Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) Process Optimization via Dynamic Feedback Loop Analysis of Surface Reconstruction Patterns
**Abstract:** This paper presents a novel framework for optimizing Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes, specifically focusing on achieving hyper-resolution film growth by leveraging dynamic feedback loops derived from analysis of surface reconstruction patterns. Traditional ALD control methods often rely on static parameters, failing to account for intricate surface dynamics. Our approach, termed Dynamic Feedback Loop Analysis of Surface Reconstruction (DFLASR), integrates high-resolution Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) with advanced machine learning algorithms to identify and respond to evolving surface reconstructions in real-time. This allows for unprecedented control over film morphology, thickness uniformity, and ultimately, device performance, representing a significant advancement with immediate commercial implications for semiconductor manufacturing and thin-film coatings. We project a 15-20% improvement in film uniformity and a 10% reduction in processing time with this system, addressing critical bottlenecks in advanced microchip production.
