Subject. This article focuses on the international experience in the use of artificial intelligence for international financial crimes prevention. Objectives. The article aims to study the role of artificial intelligence in combating international financial crimes and to analyze the global experience. Methods. For the study, we analyzed the international practices for the implementation of digital technologies in banks and financial organizations. Results. The article defines the necessity of new technologies application in the fight against terrorism and money laundering at the international level. Conclusions. The intergovernmental cooperation can significantly reduce the growth of fraudulent schemes and illegal activities.
