This study developed a 5009‐ppi, 10000‐cd/m 2 organic lightemitting diode display featuring c‐axis‐aligned crystalline oxide semiconductor field‐effect transistors (FETs) monolithically stacked over silicon (Si) FETs. It was demonstrated that a builtin central processing unit (Cortex‐M0) enables amplifier offset compensation and that functional circuits beyond a display driver can operate on a Si substrate.
