INOVAÇÃO NO GERENCIAMENTO PESSOAL DE SAÚDE: UM WEB SERVICE PARA DOCUMENTAÇÃO MÉDICA NO CONTEXTO BRASILEIRO

This article aims to analyze the personal organization of Brazilian citizens, delving into health information, specifically regarding medical documentation and its importance. The main objective is identified by the presentation of an application with functionalities to remotely save and store medical documents received through consultations, organize them into patient profiles and guarantee the authenticity of professionals in the hospital sector through the credential that proves the professional's registration with the respective Regional Council. The methodology used points to an exploratory and descriptive nature, analyzing challenges in the organization of archiving and organization of autonomous authorship and presents a solution via software developed as a Web Service. It is noted that the publication expects to detail the establishment of good practices in the development and documentation of code and services offered by the application. Based on this assumption, there is the intention to relate the system produced to the resolution of trends highlighted by the evolution of the popularized use of Information and Communication Technology in the field of well-being. It is concluded that the production studied is essential to assist in the study and improvement of technological systems in health, resulting in greater efficiency and reliability in clinical care. The research will contribute to the implementation of strategies that minimize medical errors, promoting a better understanding among the stakeholders involved.
