ETHNO-POLITICS AS A TOOL FOR INTEGRATING ETHNIC GROUPS INTO THE SOCIO-POLITICAL SPACE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

The article is dedicated to analyzing the model of ethnopolitics implemented in the Kyrgyz Republic, with particular emphasis on evaluating its effectiveness in managing ethnic diversity and preventing interethnic conflicts. The topicality of studying Kyrgyzstan's ethnopolitics from the standpoint of political inclusion is determined by the country's multiethnic composition and ongoing sociocultural transformations. It examines the legal and institutional framework for regulating interethnic relations, as well as the main problems and challenges facing the state in this area. Special attention is paid to the need to build a well-considered and balanced model of ethno-politics taking into account new challenges, and recommendations for its improvement are offered.
