Collaborative innovation and value creation in the supply chain of engineering general contracting enterprises under the background of digital economy
With the surging wave of the digital economy, the deep penetration of information and intelligent technology in the field of engineering general contracting has triggered a paradigm shift in the traditional supply chain system. The cross-border integration effect brought about by digital empowerment not only provides unprecedented opportunities for enterprise supply chain collaboration, but also poses transformative challenges to existing value creation paths. To address the aforementioned "dual proposition", this article aims to construct a theoretical framework for collaborative innovation and value creation in the supply chain of engineering general contracting enterprises in the context of the digital economy.By systematically sorting out the multi-level internal evolution mechanism, we strive to provide actionable path guidance for practical decision-making.This study relies on literature review and semi-structured expert interviews, integrates integrated innovation theory, collaborative governance perspective, and value co creation model, and constructs a three-dimensional driving architecture of "technology empowerment organizational optimization ecological coordination"; Empirical analysis shows that the deep embedding of digital technology significantly improves the efficiency of supply chain collaboration.Driven by the digital economy, engineering general contracting enterprises should coordinate and promote the three basic aspects of technological empowerment, organizational change, and ecological collaboration.Through multilevel linkage mechanisms, they should catalyze supply chain innovation and achieve a paradigm shift from value co creation to sustained value-added; And based on this, build a dynamic adaptive evaluation system to cope with environmental uncertainty.
