Current issues of legal regulation of intellectual property in Russia in the context of innovative development of the state: issues of strategic planning

The article updates the issue of adopting a single strategic document in the field of legal regulation of intellectual property (hereinafter referred to as IP), which could cover all the most important areas of state development, taking into account new and projected technologies and needs, and ensure the implementation of priority tasks in the development of society as a whole. The adoption of a single strategic document would significantly reduce the risks of administrative barriers to the development of an innovative economy, in which IP is a basic tool.
