Consecuencias del Mobbing entre el Personal de Enfermería en un Hospital General Año 2023

Psychological bullying has been identified as a growing source of workplace stress among healthcare professionals. The negative consequences of bullying among healthcare workers have been analyzed in various studies, revealing high rates of depression, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, and psychosomatic disorders. The main objective is to identify the consequences of bullying among newly admitted nursing staff in a hospital unit in 2023. The methodology consists of a quantitative, cross-sectional, prospective, and analytical study. With prior authorization and informed consent, the Cisneros scale was applied to measure the level of bullying among nurses, with a Cronbach's reliability of 0.978. The study population consisted of 45 nurses in a general hospital. All of the sample were newly admitted nurses. 8.7% and 17.3% demonstrated a high level of bullying, with negative consequences on behavior and work performance. The results of this review reveal a limited scientific output on bullying among nursing staff. Despite being a highly relevant topic today, the number of publications was significantly reduced when some of the inclusion criteria were applied.
