La creatividad e innovación como factores psicopedagógicos clave en el desarrollo emprendedor en estudiantes de bachillerato en Ecuador

This article analyzes the influence of creativity and innovation as key psychopedagogical factors in the entrepreneurial development of high school students in Ecuador. Using a mixed methodology, surveys, interviews, and documentary analysis were conducted in five educational institutions to identify how these competencies impact entrepreneurial development. The results show that active methodologies focused on projects, problem-solving, and collaborative work significantly improve students' academic performance, motivation, and the generation of entrepreneurial ideas. Statistical analysis confirmed significant differences between experimental and control groups, while qualitative analysis highlighted aspects such as encouraging autonomy and social skills. However, barriers were identified, such as a lack of institutional resources and limited curricular time. The conclusion is that promoting pedagogical strategies based on creativity and innovation is essential for developing young people with entrepreneurial initiative, and recommendations are proposed for their sustainable implementation in the Ecuadorian educational system.
