Nutrición en el Desarrollo cognitivo de niños de 3 a 4 años

Proper nutrition during the first years of life is crucial for children's cognitive development. Therefore, it is essential for parents to incorporate a variety of nutritious foods from infancy to avoid negative impacts on long-term intellectual performance. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of nutrition on the cognitive development of children aged 3 to 4 years. A mixed methodology (quantitative and qualitative) was used at the "Sociedad Italiana Garibaldi" Co-educational Public School, using interviews with teachers, surveys with legal representatives, and direct observation of students. The results demonstrate the need for a balanced diet to promote the development of language, memory, problem-solving, and creativity in children. As a final product, a system of workshops for parents was developed with the aim of providing tools and knowledge to promote healthy eating within the family environment.
