El método Montessori en el desarrollo de la motricidad fina en niños de 4 y 5 años

The objective of this work is to analyze the importance of the Montessori Method in the development of fine motor skills in children aged 4 and 5 years. In this way, several theoretical references were reviewed that provide information about fine motor development in children and support the progress of this research through the didactic strategies that have been used in different studies. The methodology is oriented to the constructivist paradigm, which considers the research scope of phenomenological and qualitative methods. In addition, the techniques and resources used for the development of fine motor skills, and how optimal progress in fine motor skills is achieved, are shown. Two evaluation techniques were used, including a non-participatory observation form that was applied to the children, and the second technique was an interview using a questionnaire with open-ended questions to the teacher in charge of the area, which made it possible to collect precise and concrete data. The population was made up of 11 students and 1 teacher. The information collected was analyzed using the ATLAS.Ti software, where semantic networks and word clouds were created to establish relationships between the categories studied.

The objective of this work is to analyze the importance of the Montessori Method in the development of fine motor skills in children aged 4 and 5 years.
