Equipando el espíritu deportivo en Demacu: rediseño de una vivienda en mipyme

This document is the product of documentary research developed in the Working Folder of the RET proposal for the MIPyME Tienda Deportiva de Demacu, based on the MAC methodology. The purpose of this investigation was to identify the compositional or modeling elements that most influenced the final form of the project, highlighting among them the Psychological Me:RIntang, which resulted in the weightless volume that characterizes the proposal's form. These modeling elements were concentrated in component 4, corresponding to the restroom space, within the fourth cp, articulating the Rocca-RIU-P1 sequence and reaching nim 2. In compliance with p.2, 116 v of the 116 available for this component were achieved, and p.5 showed that the Dcca reached nim 3 and the Afca reached nim 4, as shown in Table 4 of the SIV-DAE. This observation was recorded with information c=1. Overall, the project achieved an Adp of 96%, registering 904 v fulfilled out of a total of 944 possible, thus adding a Ccrf of 9. It is concluded that the requirements program complies both qualitatively—addressing the request for a “personal use area”—and quantitatively—satisfying the installation of “1 sink” and “1 toilet.” In semiotic and semiological terms, the weightless volume was interpreted as “pleasing to the eye” and capable of “arousing interest in the user,” consolidating its value as an intangible shaper of the final design.
