Q-Neutrosophic Soft Relation for Training Effects of Rock Climbing: A Pathway to Physical Fitness and Psychological Growth in Adolescents
For teenagers, rock climbing has become a multifaceted training activity that promotes both psychological and physical development. Climbing, in contrast to traditional sports, combines social, emotional, and cognitive obstacles with strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination. With a focus on physical fitness, resilience, self-confidence, stress management, and collaboration, this research offers a thorough assessment of the training benefits of rock climbing as a developmental route for teenagers. Eight training alternatives and ten assessment criteria were found using a neutrosophic framework, which reflected the various ways that rock climbing affects teenage development. The results demonstrate how rock climbing has a special ability to develop problem-solving skills, risk awareness, and tenacity in addition to enhancing physical strength, endurance, and general health. This study uses Q-Neutrosophic Soft Relation to solve uncertainty information. As a comprehensive training method, rock climbing promotes social integration and personal development in addition to physical advantages, making it an important educational and developmental tool for adolescents.
