ΔG → J/s² Resonance-Band Model — Prospective SARS-CoV-2 Validation (Feb 2025 Sequences)
Description:This release documents the first prospective validation of the ΔG → J/s² resonance-band codon model on novel SARS-CoV-2 sequences published on 28 Feb 2025, well after the model’s development lock-date. Key findings: Resonance-band codons (0.1933–0.3866 J/s²) enriched ~1.4× vs. random codon background (p ≈ 0.016). Clustering patterns and stop-codon insertions mirrored COSMIC cancer and VDJdb immune repertoires. Confirms cross-domain generalisability and early-signal predictive power. Package contents: Python script to compute codon J/s² values, banding, and enrichment. Metadata CSV of Feb 2025 SARS-CoV-2 genome fragments. README with ΔG → J/s² equation and usage instructions. This dataset and code confirm that the Codon Sentience framework prospectively identifies mutation hotspots across cancer, immune, and viral contexts, supporting operational readiness for future pathogen monitoring.
