Camilla proves to be the driving force of happiness in everyday life

Happiness is notoriously difficult to measure, yet in this playful single-subject studywe demonstrate
that it can, in fact, be traced to a single dominant factor. By comparing control days (without
exposure) and intervention days (with exposure), we observed reproducible increases in smilesper-
minute and a sustained elevation in a composite Happiness Index. Variance analysis confirmed
that the primary factor accounted for the largest share of explained mood variation, surpassing all
other covariates. These findings suggest that happiness, while often viewed as multifactorial, may
instead rest decisively on one source—whose presence transforms ordinary life into a consistent
state of well-being.
