Характеристика некоторых галлообразующих нематод семейства Anguinidae из Узбекистана
In 2024, during surveys in mountain regions of Uzbekistan, two gall-forming nematode species, Mesoanguina picridis collected from Cousinia allolepis, C. praestans, C. radians, C. resinosa, Cousinia sp. and Rhaponticum repens, and Heteroanguina ferulae collected from Ferula tadshikorum and F. kuhistanica were identified. These nematode species from different localities in Uzbekistan and an unidentified nematode collected from Serratula latifolia in Iran were molecularly characterised. Five new sequences of the D2-D3 expansion segments of the 28S rRNA gene and nine new sequences of ITS rRNA gene were obtained during this study. The study indicated a lower ITS rRNA gene sequence variation (0.2%) within M. picridis samples collected in Middle Asia. Phylogenetic analysis enabled samples from three geographical regions to be differentiated: North Caucasus (Russia), Southwest Asia (Iran) and Middle Asia (Turkmenistan, Tadzhikistan, Uzbekistan). Sequences of two samples of H. ferulae from Uzbekistan were different by 3.1% and assigned to two ITS rRNA gene types. The ITS rRNA gene sequence variation between these types may indicate the presence of two sibling species.
