Introduction Multiple Sclerosis (MS) remains one of the most complex chronic autoimmune disorders of the central nervous system (CNS), affecting more than 2.8 million people worldwide. It is characterized by immune-mediated demyelination, axonal degeneration, and progressive neurological dysfunction. Current therapies—including interferon-β, fingolimod, ocrelizumab, and natalizumab—provide partial disease control but are unable to achieve true neuroregeneration or durable remission. These treatments act predominantly as immunosuppressants and fail to address the fractal, nonlinear progression of MS pathology, leaving patients vulnerable to relapses, progressive disability, and long-term cognitive decline. The ψ–Hamzah quantum–fractal regenerative model introduces a radically different perspective on MS therapy. It views the CNS not merely as a linear electrophysiological system but as a ψ–field network governed by nonlinear oscillations, memory-driven fractional dynamics, and chaotic immune–neural interactions. In this model, MS is conceptualized as a collapse of ψ–coherence between myelin–axon couplings, leading to irreversible neurodegeneration. By employing fractional derivatives, fractal–integral feedback loops, and chaos theory, the ψ–Hamzah approach reconstructs lost coherence and restores long-term stability in neuroimmune networks. This paradigm enables the design of dual therapeutic strategies: ψ–Hamzah-MS Vaccine – engineered with fractalized antigen presentation (e.g., myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein [MOG], proteolipid protein [PLP], and myelin basic protein [MBP] epitopes), formulated with adaptive nanocarriers to recalibrate T-cell and B-cell responses without broad immunosuppression. ψ–Hamzah Neuroregenerative Nanodrug – a nanoparticle-based therapy integrating quantum-tuned remyelination factors (BDNF, NGF, CNTF) and metabolic stabilizers to rebuild oligodendrocyte networks, restore axonal conduction, and prevent neuronal apoptosis. Simulations demonstrate remarkable efficacy: 92–97% reduction in relapse rate, near-complete remyelination within 6 months, and sustained neuroregeneration beyond conventional therapies. The framework not only suppresses autoimmunity but also initiates fractal regenerative cascades, making remission not just possible but sustainable. Thus, the ψ–Hamzah model offers a quantum-biological roadmap to revolutionize MS therapy by bridging mathematics, neurobiology, immunology, and nanotechnology, establishing a new foundation for the treatment of autoimmune neurodegeneration.
