Real-Time Fractional Tracking (R–TFT): Phase-Resonance Stability Assessment Across Scales v1.0
This publication is grounded in the Real-Time Fractional Tracking (R-TFT) framework, a φ-resonant methodology for analyzing recursive coherence within dynamic systems. R-TFT does not rely on imposed models or empirical assumptions; instead, it evaluates the real-time alignment, slippage, and persistence of systems based on their intrinsic pacing structures. The framework is domain-agnostic and applicable across scales, from subatomic processes to cosmological phenomena. What this paper includes Domains covered: nuclear persistence, orbital coherence, Schumann drift alerts, and qubits (simulation only). Audit Tables: all figure claims are backed by end-of-paper Audit Tables; those tables are the proof-of-record.
