MODERN APPROACHES TO THE TREATMENT OF POST-TRAUMATIC OSTEOARTHRITIS OF THE KNEE JOINT USING AUTOLOGOUS PLASMA

<p><span lang="EN-US">The results of treatment of 35 patients aged 35-70 years with post-traumatic arthrosis of the knee joint stages I-II after the use of injectable platelet autoplasm are presented. There was a combination of post-traumatic osteoarthritis of the knee joint with deforming osteoarthritis of the contralateral joints in patients. All patients had previously received conservative treatment. All patients in the long–term follow-up period from 1 to 3 years showed a significant improvement in knee joint function, which was confirmed by both a subjective assessment of the patients themselves, who noted a significant reduction in pain, restoration of knee joint function, reduction to the complete absence of "joint stiffness", as well as reliable dynamics of the Womac scale, This allows us to consider the Plasmolifting technique as shown in the complex treatment of post-traumatic arthrosis of the knee joint.</span></p>
