ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHA PRODUKSI TEMPE DI DESA NGADIMULYO KECAMATAN SUKOREJO

Abstract

Soybeans are a strategic commodity in Indonesia after rice and corn, with tempeh production being one of the most potential processing industries. Income analysis is essential to determine the profitability of such businesses. This study aims to analyze the income and efficiency of tempeh production in Ngadimulyo Village, Sukorejo District, Pasuruan Regency. The research applied a quantitative descriptive approach with accidental sampling of 30 respondents. Primary and secondary data were analyzed using income analysis, Break Even Point (BEP), and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio). Results show that the average monthly income of tempeh producers was IDR 13,938,650, with total revenue of IDR 28,350,000 and production costs of IDR 105,945,000. The BEP was achieved at 686 kg of production volume and IDR 11,348/kg of price. The R/C Ratio value of 1.96 indicates that tempeh production is feasible and efficient to be further developed.

Keywords

Business income
tempeh
BEP
R/C Ratio
efficiency
agribusiness
