Emergenter kausaler Realismus / Emergent causal Realism
Description: Emergent Causal Realism (ECR) proposes a unifying framework that integrates modern biology, neuroscience, and philosophy of mind. It argues that causal closure remains valid, yet emergent phenomena on the macro level (such as consciousness, meaning, and free will) exert real feedback on the micro level (neuronal, biochemical, and social processes). ECR is built on five foundational pillars: causality, meaning, adaptation & regulation, hope, and free will. Each pillar is grounded in empirical observations and biological plausibility, while offering a paradigm that bridges scientific rigor with human experience. The core thesis: long-term hopelessness is biologically impossible, meaning is a fundamental property of the universe, and human agency is both emergent and real. This framework provides a scientifically consistent yet existentially powerful foundation for psychology, medicine, and philosophy alike.
