Materiale documentario a Ercolano? Ipotesi interpretative sul cosiddetto Index Epicureorum (PHerc. 1780)

This article presents the first preliminary results of the forthcoming critical edition, with introduction and commentary, of PHerc. 1780, generally considered as the Epicurean section of the Philodemean Arrangement of the Philosophers. The analysis of the very scanty preserved fragments induces today to reconsider the traditional attribution and shows new, interesting textual links with documentary papyri that can radically change the interpretation of its content as a whole.
