Introduction Alzheimer’s disease (AD) represents one of the most formidable neurodegenerative disorders confronting modern medicine, characterized by progressive cognitive decline, memory impairment, and eventual loss of independence. At the pathological level, AD is driven by the abnormal accumulation of amyloid-β (Aβ) plaques, hyperphosphorylated tau tangles, chronic neuroinflammation, and a cascade of neuronal loss culminating in brain atrophy. Traditional biomedical approaches—including cholinesterase inhibitors, monoclonal antibodies, and genetic interventions—have yielded only temporary or partial benefits, failing to fundamentally arrest or reverse the disease process The ψ–Hamzah model introduces a radically different framework. By integrating quantum mechanics, fractal mathematics, and neurobiological dynamics, it conceptualizes the brain as a ψ–perceptual field sustained by reversible instability and nonlinear oscillations. According to this theory, cognitive decline in AD results not merely from biochemical degradation but from disruptions in quantum coherence and phase coupling within neural networks. The ψ–Hamzah therapeutic architecture therefore proposes targeted interventions—ranging from quantum field recalibration, nanoparticle-assisted synaptic reconstruction, to fractal-phase memory restoration—that aim not only to slow degeneration but to reverse time-embedded loss of consciousness and memory. Unlike classical deterministic models, ψ–Hamzah leverages fractional calculus, stochastic reconstruction noise, and fractal–integral feedback loops to restore informational oscillations. By simulating reversible temporal states (T < 0⁻), the model provides a theoretical foundation for recovering memories once thought irretrievably lost. Moreover, its translational applications encompass nanocarrier vaccines, oral and injectable drug formulations, and complex Python-simulated protocols, all designed to optimize patient-specific neuroregenerative outcomes. Thus, the ψ–Hamzah model not only challenges the reductionist paradigm of conventional neurology but also pioneers a quantum–biological pathway to redefine human cognition, memory, and consciousness. Its implications extend far beyond Alzheimer’s, offering a universal template for addressing a spectrum of neurodegenerative and cognitive disorders.
