Programa Renda Agricultor Familiar: uma análise das estratégias de superação da vulnerabilidade social do Estado do Paraná
The objective of this work is to analyze the performance of the Family Farmer Income Program (PRAF) in the processes of social and productive inclusion of poor families in Paraná. To analyze the secondary data from the state of Paraná, we explored reports, panels, excel® spreadsheets, and case reports (qualitative data) published by the Secretariat of Justice, Family, and Labor (SEJUL) and by the Paraná Rural Development Institute (IDR-Paraná). The Qgis® program was used to build georeferenced maps. The Qgis® program was used to build georeferenced maps. The results showed that the program collaborated with those assisted in several aspects, such as the improvement of sanitary and environmental conditions, as well as the possibility of financial support in productive and economic agricultural and non-agricultural activities. However, it is important to improve the spatialization of public policy to reach the municipalities that have the largest numbers of family farmers in situations of social vulnerability. In addition, it is pondered that the PRAF should be expanded in the focus of action or other social and productive inclusion policies should be operated, because the multiple vulnerabilities of FAs require multifocal efforts to be structurally remedied, aiming at the full human and rural development of these actors.
