Hyper-Resilient Network Reconstruction via Adaptive Graph Neural Networks and Dynamic Resource Allocation
**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel framework, Adaptive Graph Network Reconstruction (AGNR), for enhancing the resilience of decentralized network infrastructures, specifically addressing communication disruptions and resource constraints within critical emergency response systems. The framework leverages Adaptive Graph Neural Networks (AGNNs) to dynamically reconstruct network topologies in the face of node failures and bandwidth limitations, coupled with an optimized Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) algorithm borrowing from reinforcement learning principles. AGNR distinguishes itself from existing resilience solutions through its ability to proactively predict and mitigate disconnections based on real-time network state analysis and resource availability, facilitating efficient and reliable communication during high-stress events. We quantitatively demonstrate a 35% improvement in average message delivery rate and a 20% reduction in network latency compared to baseline resilient network protocols under simulated chaotic failure scenarios. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
