This study has been conducted on the Human Resource Management Practices of Jamuna Oil Company Ltd which is a part of a group of companies under the same corporate management. While conducting my internship here I was able to gain a firsthand understanding regarding the Human Resource Department of this organization. I was able to receive clear insights about the operations and coordination required to keep all of the company’s activities smooth by ensuring the right number of people and properly qualified people are available for the various departments. I now have a clear understanding regarding the organizations culture, values and core principles of operations.
