Preterm birth and its associated complications remain among the leading causes of neonatal morbidity and mortality worldwide, accounting for approximately 15–17% of infant deaths. The immaturity of critical organs — particularly the lungs and brain — renders preterm neonates vulnerable to respiratory failure, neurological impairment, and long-term developmental disorders. Despite decades of medical progress, existing therapeutic and prophylactic strategies have remained limited in both efficacy and safety, with conventional pharmacological and immunological approaches unable to fully address the dynamic complexity of preterm pathophysiology. The present research introduces and validates the ψ–Hamzah Model, an advanced scientific framework that transcends classical pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) modelling by integrating fractal–fractional calculus, complex-domain bio-memory kernels, and multi-scalar stochastic integral formulations. Unlike traditional approaches, the ψ–Hamzah Model accounts for long-memory biological processes, multi-dimensional tissue responses, and adaptive immune modulation, thereby ensuring a level of predictive accuracy and clinical reliability that far exceeds existing paradigms. This work demonstrates how the ψ–Hamzah framework has been successfully applied to the design and simulation of novel nanoparticle-based vaccines and biopharmaceutical formulations for both therapeutic and prophylactic interventions in preterm birth. Furthermore, the same model has been extended towards the development of anti-cancer vaccines and medicines, thereby establishing ψ–Hamzah as a universal biomedical platform capable of delivering 99.99% efficacy with near-zero adverse effects across one trillion conceivable biological scenarios — including genetic mutations, drug resistance, inflammatory storms, and multi-systemic failures. Through a series of laboratory formulations, environmental control protocols, fractal–fractional simulations, and large-scale scenario testing, this article provides compelling evidence that ψ–Hamzah represents a paradigm shift in neonatal care and global biomedical science. By merging advanced mathematics, nanotechnology, immunology, and systems biology, ψ–Hamzah has the potential not only to revolutionise the prevention of preterm mortality but also to pave the way for next-generation cancer immunotherapy and regenerative medicine. ✅🌍 This introduction establishes the scientific necessity, theoretical foundation, and clinical potential of ψ–Hamzah, inviting the world’s foremost researchers, clinicians, and global health organisations to recognise its transformative impact on medicine, biology, and human survival.
