Structural Resolution of the Observer Paradox and its Computational Formalization

This work presents the foundational version of the Epistemic Model of Closure and Self-Observation (EMCS) and its computational implementation through the Epistemic Algorithm of Closure and Self-Observation (EACS). The framework formally resolves the observer paradox by including the observer, their biases, and the phenomenon within the same endogenous dynamics. The paper introduces definitions, axioms, and theorems establishing closure, provides pseudocode for algorithmic implementation, and proposes an interdisciplinary field named Computational Systemic Holoepistemology (CSH). This version focuses on the theoretical and formal development; experimental validation and Python simulations will be included in future updates. The goal is to provide a universal epistemic framework that integrates philosophy, mathematics, computation, and empirical science, with potential applications in AI alignment, formal logic, physics, and cognitive sciences.
