Automated Phytoremediation Optimization via Bio-Acoustic Resonance Feedback Loops (BORFL) for Heavy Metal Extraction in Contaminated Soils
**Abstract:** This research proposes a novel system for optimizing phytoremediation, a sustainable approach to soil remediation, by integrating bio-acoustic resonance feedback loops (BORFL). Existing phytoremediation techniques are often slow and inefficient. We introduce a system that utilizes targeted acoustic frequencies to stimulate plant growth and enhance heavy metal uptake, significantly accelerating the remediation process while minimizing environmental impact. The system leverages established principles of plant physiology, acoustics, and feedback control, ensuring near-term commercial viability. We predict a 30-50% reduction in remediation time coupled with a 15-25% increase in heavy metal removal compared to conventional phytoremediation.
