Modelo estratégico de tecnologías de la información en la educación básica y media

One of the ways to effectively take advantage of technology is through tools that allow optimizing its use, which is why integrating the balanced scorecard through a strategic model of IT information technologies is a great contribution to educational institutions. Basic and secondary education, since it allows them to align strategic direction with their missionary activities. In the present investigation, it was possible to design a strategic IT plan, using a mixed methodology, where qualitative and quantitative information was collected, through seven phases, which began with the literary review on the topic, then the selection of educational institutions, later, the construction and application of information collection instruments, followed by the analysis of said information and finally the design of the PETI (IT Strategic Plan).
