The article analyses the introduction and role of cloud technologies in modern office management (using AnyDesk software as an example). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of AnyDesk in creating secure remote access and managing corporate data, aimed at optimising modern office workflows and business processes. Research methodology. The work is based on an analysis of scientific literature, a software review, empirical testing of AnyDesk’s functionality, and a comparison of similar solutions on the market. The scientific novelty of the article lies in a detailed assessment of the advantages and limitations of using AnyDesk. The analysis covers several aspects, including remote connectivity, data security measures, user interface convenience, and overall operational efficiency. Conclusions. The study results show that AnyDesk provides significant benefits in increasing the flexibility and productivity of office work, especially in remote work conditions. At the same time, integrating cloud solutions such as AnyDesk requires a comprehensive approach to ensure data integrity and usability. The article provides recommendations for further research. In particular, it proposes focusing on integrating AnyDesk with other cloud services to create a more comprehensive management information system. Such an integrated approach can help simplify administrative tasks, improve collaboration and create a more reliable system for remote office management.
