Trayectoria laboral, discriminación y salud mental de una bailarina de Table dance en Pachuca, Hidalgo.

This article explores the career path of a dancer, from her motivations to enter the adult entertainment industry to the challenges she faces daily. It analyzes the discrimination she experiences in her workplace, social life, and family, including the stigma associated with her profession and her mental health status. The research is conducted using a qualitative approach, with in-depth interviews using an open and flexible approach to allow participants to freely express their experiences. Field diaries were used as a data collection tool to understand the context in which these conditions develop and thus analyze the experience of the sample from a psychosocial perspective. This sample consists of a table dancer currently working at an establishment in the State of Nayarit, Mexico.
