The goal of this research is to facilitate consideration of brief health guidance for groups of individuals. Based on content from questions pertaining to health and physicality pertaining to height and weight, we implemented one unit of health guidance by yogo teachers for groups involved in class activities. The results were then examined. Learning content was determined based on questions pertaining to the physical body and growth derived from this opportunity, which inspired greater interest in physicality on the part of the children themselves. Educational materials were then selected to pique the interest and enthusiasm of the children. Results indicate that health guidance comprised of questions that instill thinking in the target audience of the children is most effective.
