Propuesta para la creación de material didáctico sostenible utilizando madera plástica reciclada

This article is framed in a proposal for the development of teaching materials with plastic wood resulting from the recycling of different sustainable elements for the creation of various elements, using said wood as the main resource. In this context, Martínez (2015) expresses that: "recycling materials as teaching resources, according to some teachers, fulfill the purpose of promoting significant participation of students in carrying out classes." Considering this criterion we can say that the purpose is to design sustainable teaching materials in basic education using recycled plastic wood, thus promoting playful learning, considering that education plays a fundamental role in the development of societies as well as the availability that they are appropriate and that guarantees the effective teaching-learning process. Therefore, what the document aims to do is raise awareness among those who design and develop training components, as well as teachers who carry out their daily activities with tangible teaching elements that do not tend to be friendly to infants. That they take the idea and put into practice another type of material that contains some ideas that, when designed, help the environment and innovate the pedagogical items that are part of the learning, thus achieving quality education, equipped with reliable, appropriate elements. , accessible and friendly to the environment; capable of handling without danger and that infants can be sure that there will be no problem with their use. In this context, the proposal is to change the use of normal recreational materials for those made with plastic wood. This would be a great viable and promising alternative, considering that it is made of a composite material and made from plastic waste, mainly high-density polystyrene (HDPE), which offers advantages such as: durability, material quality, design and functionality, production costs, sustainability, acceptance, demand, among others.
