Planejamento para a questão habitacional das famílias localizadas na Comunidade do Ibura de Baixo, Recife, Pernambuco

This article aims to present possible solutions to the housing issue of families located in Comunidade da Linha, belonging to the Ibura de Baixo neighborhood, in the city of Recife, Pernambuco. Currently, the community faces daily problems with planes in the landing/takeoff procedure at Guararapes International Airport, whose location is around the walls of the airport itself, in addition to the Transnordestina railway whose administrator wants the removal of the community installed around the railway network for just over two decades. To this end, the study area was characterized based on pre-existing primary data; documentary research through articles and newspapers, in addition to creating cartographic geolocation maps of the Ibura de Baixo neighborhood and the Community. The cartographic map of the region was obtained using Google Earth Hybrid technology with the aid of the Qgis (Quantum Geographic Information System) program with a scale of 1:30000, and the map of the Linha Community with a scale of 1:2500.
