Phenikaa University Entering a New Strategic Development Stage

After six years of comprehensive restructuring and bold transformation, April 2025 marked a new chapter: Phenikaa University has officially expanded into a comprehensive university system, encompassing multiple member institutions with a broader range of academic programs across diverse fields and disciplines. At the official ceremony on February 22, 2025, announcing the Prime Minister’s decision and launching the university’s new strategic development phase, researcher Vuong Quan Hoang, founder of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Social Research (ISR), was honored as a Distinguished Scholar in recognition of his significant contributions to the university’s development and innovation.
